Too many issues with slow service during peak times!!! Management often unresponsive to guest concerns, leading to a sense of neglect!!! Towel availability in the wellness area could be greatly improved!!!

Epic ski stay in Obergurgl! 🎿
Lekker vibes, friendly staff, and such good food! The ski-in/ski-out is just perfect—no need to stress about lugging gear. Had a ball chilling at the terrace, soaking up the sun and the views. Felt so welcomed, like I was part of the fam!
Only downside was the room got a bit too hot at night. had to crack the door open.

the hotel is just a quick walk to Naturpark Oztal, perfect for scenic strolls and enjoying nature. It's super close to Oetztal Tourism, making it a breeze to plan your adventures. my stay was made even better by the friendly bar staff who really added to the experience, making you feel right at home while enjoying a drink on the terrace alongside the stunning mountain views.

Our group had an amazing time! The ski-in/ski-out access was a game changer, making it super easy to enjoy the slopes. We also loved the wellness center for some relaxation after skiing hard. A highlight was trying out curling with friends. so much fun! Definitely recommend checking out the iconic slopes and the cozy atmosphere at the terrace for drinks.
We faced a bit of frustration with a lack of attentiveness from the bar staff when we visited the terrace. After waiting a long time, we ultimately had to leave without our drinks, which put a damper on the experience.

i had a great time at gotthard-zeit. the wellness area was fantastic and free to use, perfect for relaxing after a long day. the hot lava stone treatment really helped loosen my muscles. also, the hotel is conveniently located, just a quick walk to the slopes, making my ski experience effortless.
would recommend.
